Asansol Durgapur Police caught 2 veteran criminals || Asansol News
Asansol: Today, The Asansol Durgapur police caught 2 veteran criminals. Few days back, On 4th May one edible oil loaded tanker was hijacked by some criminals from Asansol North Police station region. On 10th of May, 2021 a complaint was filed regarding this on Asansol North Police station.
During the investigation both the Driver of the looted tanker were recovered from Odisha and today in a jointly investigation by Asansol North police station and Asansol Durgapur Police(ADPC), 2 veteran Criminals namely Kamaljit singh and Nizamuddin khan were caught and arrested. The police also recovers a good portion of the looted tanker and also able to arrest the two co-accused persons namely Nirmal and Azad.
Both the veteran criminals confesses that they have jointly committed the crime and they also confesses about some other crimes in the neighboring state. Asansol Durgapur Police Commissioner busted this inter state criminals through a press conference.
